You should know how Surveyterry Restoration works and how we get paid. This page explains our role. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Surveyterry Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, structural drying, basement cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or any other restoration work.
When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
Surveyterry Restoration may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Surveyterry Restoration. Each provider alone is responsible for:
A connection to a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.
Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
