Terms of Use for Surveyterry Restoration

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use surveyterry.garden and the services offered through it by Surveyterry Restoration. When you browse the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Surveyterry Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do restoration, cleanup, drying or repair work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also do not guarantee their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with how it runs or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@surveyterry.garden.
